QLD Junior State Championships

About QLD Junior State Championships

Each year, Volleyball Queensland’s State Championships plays host to volleyball associations and clubs from across Queensland. As teams compete for the most prestigious trophies in the state – the VQ State Championships and the VQ President’s Shield, awarded to the best performing association or club across all divisions – the State Championships is an action packed tournament.

Dragons usually sends a strong contingent of teams along, mostly PVL teams, with a handful from other parts of the club and non-members as well.

This tournament is generally best suited to competitive to elite players. Age group for 2024:

Under 19: A and B Divisions: Born 2006 or younger
Under 17: A and B Divisions: Born 2008 or younger
Under 15: A and B Divisions: Born 2010 or younger

Good news! No tournament fee this year for QLD Junior State Champs!

As last year was a very successful year for Dragons and we have backed that up with a fantastic Chalice, Dragons have decided to give back to our members by waiving full fees for QLD Junior State Champs this year. We hope to see all our PVL teams (as many as we can!) competing in this prestigious competition.

Eligibility:

PVL	PVL players will play in their PVL teams. An email with registration link will be sent nearer to event.
High School Training	By invitation only, for Development level and higher. Email us to enquire.
Non-Dragons members	Email us to enquire.
